About Us
This project is an ongoing effort to update the website of the Transylvanian Highlands ecotourism initiative. Our goal is to improve the website's ease of use and functionality in order to meet the growing needs of the initiative and its stakeholders, including the need for timely communication between those stakeholders.
The Interactive Qualifying Project
An interactive qualifying project is performed by WPI students in their junior year. It is meant as our first experience working to solve a problem where we have to take it upon ourselves to consider the social implications and unintended effects of our work. In this project, we have the assistance of two advisers who provide us with guidance and support.
Our Team
TJ Cooper
TJ is a junior aerospace engineering major minoring in electrical and computer engineering at WPI. He is a member of the varsity football team, Sigma Phi Epsilon Fraternity, and the Sigma Gamma Tau aerospace engineering honors society. His love of supernatural lore has him excited to work on a project in the Transylvanian region.
Mattheus Nascimento
Mattheus is a computer science major graduating in May 2021. He enjoys puzzles and all kinds of games including board games, card games, and video games.
Teresa Saddler
Teresa is an aerospace engineering and robotics engineering double major student, graduating in May 2021. She enjoys hiking and enjoying natural landscapes throughout the world, which drives her in this project to help promote the beauty of the Transylvanian Highlands.
